The pictures to the right are of a home on Ribault Scenic Drive. The home was gutted by a fire and deemed a total loss by the insuror. The insurance company paid the claim to the owner and I purchased the house for $30,000. After a $50,000 renovation by my construction company (Community Building & Restoration Inc), I retailed the home for $159,900. It was only on the market for three days.
